The plaintiff, Helen M. Barrett, brought this action against the Board of Trustees of the Teachers' Insurance and Retirement Fund of the State of North Dakota and the trustees thereof. The action is for an alternative writ of mandamus requiring the defendants to fix, determine and pay to the plaintiff an annuity under the provisions of Chapter 165, SLND 1947, or to show cause why the same should not be done.
