This is an action for damages for the breach of an agreement to drill a water well. Respondent in his petition alleges that he engaged the appellants to drill a water well on his farm; that the appellants stated they would warrant and guarantee a good and usable supply of water and further warranted and guaranteed that if any repairs should be needed on the well they would repair the same.
