This is an appeal on questions of law from an order of the Common Pleas Court of Cuyahoga County awarding temporary alimony to the plaintiff-wife in a divorce action brought against the defendant, appellant. Under date of October 9, 1951, the court awarded temporary alimony to plaintiff in the sum of $18 per week. The parties at the time of the motion for temporary alimony were and still are residing under the same roof. Various grounds of error are alleged...
