This is a suit by Rio Farms, Inc., to recover the capital stock taxes paid pursuant to Section 1200(a) of the Internal Revenue Code, 26 U.S.C.A. § 1200(a), together with interest on the sums hereafter found from November 18, 1947, the years involved being 1942, 1943, 1944, and 1945.
