Plaintiff, Willow Dean Spalding, administratrix of the estate of Robert Davis Spalding, deceased, brought this action against defendant Ben Pederson, alleging that plaintiff's decedent, while a guest passenger, met his death through injuries resulting from defendant's operation of an automobile.
