The plaintiffs in error as plaintiffs in the trial court sought to quiet title and to recover possession of a strip of land between the dwelling houses of plaintiffs and defendants, described as the south 22 1/2 feet of the north 45 feet of lot 8, in block 2, Rose Hill Ranch addition, Tulsa county, Oklahoma.
