Holt, husband and wife, plaintiffs and appellants herein, entered into a written lease of a certain parcel of land located in Marshall, Michigan, for the term of 3 years, with Lawrence M. Stofflet and Patricia Stofflet, husband and wife, defendants and appellees herein. Plaintiffs were the lessees and defendants were the lessors. This lease contained the following option to purchase:
