It is contended that there must be a new trial because the Court charged the jury that if they were "satisfied beyond a reasonable doubt that there was gambling going on as I have defined it on the night in question in the Blue Jay Social Club. . .," then it "was a place resorted to for such a purpose within the meaning of section 6, chapter 447.
