Brown, principal creditor and sole stockholder of the corporation, from an order of the District Court allowing attorneys' fees in the sum of $8,000 to counsel for the Jefferson Standard Life Insurance Company, a creditor of the corporation, secured by a deed of trust on its plant and machinery, and the Security National Bank of Greensboro...
