MILLWEE, Justice.

A. J. Abernathy was a resident of Blytheville, Arkansas where he died March 28, 1952 at the age of 72 years. Appellant, Ethel Sanders, was housekeeper for Mr. Abernathy for about twelve years prior to his death. Attorney Frank C. Douglas, who had at times represented Mr. Abernathy, was appointed administrator of his estate.
