This matter is before us on a writ of error granted to Vivian M. Wade to review a judgment entered in a proceeding instituted against him in the court below by James E. Ford, under Code, § 8-836 ff., for the purpose of ascertaining and determining the true boundary or dividing line between adjoining tracts of land in Henrico county owned by the two parties.
