This is a proceeding filed by the respondent City of Maryville, Missouri, under Sections 108.310 to 108.350 RSMo 1949, V.A.M.S., for a pro forma decree authorizing the issuance and declaring the validity of $450,000 principal amount of Combined Waterworks and Sewerage System Revenue Bonds of that city.
