This is an action in which the plaintiff, Standard Coffee Co., Inc., seeks to recover from one of its former employees, Andrus Credeur, the sum of $133.65. It is alleged that defendant was in plaintiff's employ from February, 1949, until June 25, 1949, and that at the termination of said employment there was a shortage of $697.45.
