This cause is one of original jurisdiction involving a petition for a writ of prohibition.

The petition shows on its face that the matters involved in the court below concerned the foreclosure of two mortgages and the defenses of the Statute of Limitation and laches, and also some alleged errors concerning procedure.

The Circuit Court had jurisdiction of all of the matters complained of, and should the Circuit Court commit errors...
