This action was brought by plaintiff, the Texas Company, to recover from the Oklahoma Tax Commission gross production taxes and proration tax assessed against oil and gas production from leases on lands held in trust by the United States for the so-called "Wild Tribes" of Indians, owned and operated by plaintiff.
