This bill in equity is brought by the owners of three properties in the City of Philadelphia to restrain defendants, who are the owners of a residential property in the same neighborhood, from altering and converting a part of their residence into an office for the practice of medicine by husband defendant, in alleged violation of a restriction against such an alteration and use contained in the deed to defendants' property....
