The above-entitled proceedings were instituted by the landlord of two adjoining stores to recover possession thereof in accordance with the provisions of subdivision (k) of section 8 of the Business Rent Law of New York as amended by chapter 417 of the Laws of 1952. By agreement of the parties both cases were tried together with the understanding that separate final orders would be entered.
