This is an action in which the plaintiff sought a decree of separate maintenance and the defendant sought a decree of divorce upon a cross bill. The trial court found for the plaintiff, awarding her separate maintenance and directing the defendant to pay her $75 per month. The court also awarded $300 attorney's fees to the plaintiff in addition to a prior award of $250 for that purpose. The defendant, whose cross bill was dismissed, prosecutes...
