C. Walter Hendrix, age 43, of Silver Spring, was convicted in the Circuit Court for Charles County on the statutory charge of perjury, Code 1939, art. 27, sec. 527, and was sentenced to the Maryland House of Correction for a term of six months. He has appealed here from the judgment of conviction.
