This is an appeal from an order of the State Corporation Commission denying the application of Savage Truck Line, Incorporated, for a refund of gross receipts road taxes amounting to $1,919.14, alleged to have been erroneously imposed for the period from January 1, 1949, to September 30, 1950, pursuant to Code, § 58-638.
