Brought to have an oil, gas and mineral lease declared null and void, for abandonment, failure of consideration, and refusal to develop the property,1 and for damages and attorneys' fees under Act 168 of the Louisiana Legislature of 1920, LSA-R.S. 30:102,2 the suit was expanded to include a claim for relief under paragraph 9 of the lease, "The Judicial Ascertainment Clause".
