Appellee, Nealy L. Nelms, filed suit against appellant, A.D. Miller, to quiet title to certain lands situated in Rio Arriba County. Appellant moved to bring in as additional parties, appellees, Dudley Cornell, Mary Lee Cornell, Eva Nelms, Jerry Curtis, Magnolia Petroleum Company, and Delhi Oil Corporation, on the ground that they claimed some rights in the premises in question, hence, necessary parties for a final determination of appellant's rights...
