Stennis, District Attorney, presented a petition to the chancellor, under Section 2640, Code of 1942, praying for both temporary and permanent injunctions to abate as a nuisance a certain place, as therein described. It was charged that liquor and slot machines were unlawfully kept and possessed in said place. The chancellor granted his fiat, and the temporary injunction was issued on the same date.
