This case is here by direct appeal. Plaintiff and respondent Hancock states in his petition that as a general contractor he entered into a subcontract with defendant and appellant Johnson, a subcontractor, for the construction, repair and alteration of a school building at Buffalo, Wyoming, for the contract price of $26,000.00.
