OPINION BY ROSS, J., January 17, 1952:

This is an unemployment compensation case. The compensation authorities disallowed the claim and the claimant has taken the present appeal.

Section 402(e) of the Unemployment Compensation Law as amended May 29, 1945, P.L. 1145, 43 PS 802, provides, inter alia: "An employe shall be ineligible for compensation for any week . . . (e) In which his unemployment is due to his discharge or temporary suspension from work for...
