This is a railroad crossing case. Appellee, Peters, brought action and recovered judgment for $3,000 for property damage and personal injuries sustained by him in a railroad crossing collision between his automobile and a switching train of appellant. To reverse the judgment, appellant prosecutes this appeal, and presents the questions now to be discussed.
