In this case, we are asked to construe the fifth codicil of the will of the late James A. Gary. Mr. Gary died October 31, 1920, leaving a will and six codicils, all admitted to probate in the Orphans' Court of Baltimore City. He gave all the rest and residue of his estate to his son, Edward Stanley Gary, and the Safe Deposit & Trust Company of Baltimore, in trust. He divided...
