The complaint alleges that on July 31, 1950, the defendant was the owner of a certain army transport truck which, while being operated over the public highway near the City of Watertown, New York, came into collision with a passenger automobile owned by plaintiff Connie Larkin and operated by her husband Robert S. Larkin, and in which the plaintiffs Kossuth, St. Clair, Howlan and Karpuk were passengers. The collision referred to resulted in damage...
