This action originated in the justice court of Rosebud county, on complaint of the sheriff, charging defendant with the misdemeanor of keeping open a licensed retail liquor establishment known as the Century Club after the hour of 2:00 o'clock a.m. and before the hour of 1:00 o'clock p.m. on Sunday, March 27, 1949, permitting patrons, guests and others, save employees of such establishment, to remain therein to dance and drink after 2:00 o'clock...
