The record disclosing no abuse of discretion in vacating and setting aside the judgment and granting a new trial, the judgment of the Court of Appeals is reversed, and the cause is remanded to that court with instructions to dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction, on authority of Lawrence v. Moore, 156 Ohio St. 375, 102 N.E.2d 595.

Judgment reversed.
