PER CURIAM.

This appeal is from a final judgment for the plaintiff in an action for personal injuries. The only point in the case is whether or not the evidence is sufficient to support the verdict and judgment appealed from. A majority of the Court have reached the conclusion that the preponderance of the evidence is so strongly against the judgment that it cannot be upheld.
