Action for damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained on account of defendant's negligent failure to provide plaintiff a reasonably safe place in which to alight from one of defendant's busses at the northwest corner of the intersection of Kingshighway and Lindell boulevard in the city of St. Louis.
