The bill in this suit is for annulment of a marriage. Plaintiff claims she is a resident of the city of Grand Rapids, Michigan. Defendant claims that when plantiff filed her bill in the lower court, both parties were residents of Houston, Texas. The marriage was solemnized before a justice of the peace at the city of Yonkers, State of New York, on March 21, 1948. Plaintiff was then about 58 and defendant about 28 years of age.
