PER CURIAM.

This appeal comes before this court for review on a clerk's transcript. Defendant was charged with the crime of improper passing (presumably in violation of Section 321.304, par. 3, Code of 1950, I.C.A.) in the Municipal Court of Sioux City, Iowa. He entered a plea of not guilty. Upon trial to the court he was found guilty as charged and was ordered to pay a fine of $15 and costs and in default of payment of said fine it was ordered defendant be committed...
