GIBSON, J.

This action involves an easement and right to use a common driveway between and upon the adjoining properties of the parties. Plaintiff commenced the action to quiet title to the west 123 feet of lot 16 in Grandview Place addition to the city of Tulsa, having acquired her title in 1944. Defendants purchased the west 123 feet of lot 17, in the same addition, in 1948. Defendants' property adjoins plaintiff's property on the south.
