The case presents for consideration the comparatively new form of financing regulated by the so-called Uniform Trust Receipts Act which was adopted in Maryland by chapter 268 of the Acts of 1941 and is codified as Article 95½ of Flack's Maryland Annotated Code, Supplemental Edition of 1947.
