Relator was convicted and sentenced in May 1933, on bills of indictment nos. 220, 221, 222 and 223, charging adultery, rape, attempted rape, assault and battery with intent to ravish, aggravated assault and battery, and assault and battery upon the person of Anna May Weisman, a minor child under the age of 16 years.
