Mollie J. Dye recovered a verdict for $10,000 against Betsy D. McDowell in the Circuit Court of Brunswick county, in a suit growing out of an automobile accident in which Mrs. Dye was injured while riding as a guest in a car driven by Mrs. McDowell.
