This appeal has developed by reason of the appointment of Alice M. Stopps as administratrix of the estate of George Stopps, deceased, by the clerk of the district court of Boone county. A petition to set aside this appointment was filed by the heirs of George Stopps wherein it was asserted that Alice M.
