This case was tried before a jury which returned a verdict for the plaintiff in the sum of $6,792. The defendant now comes before this Court upon his motion to set aside the verdict and grant a new trial on the grounds that the verdict was against the law and the Charge of the Judge, and manifestly against the weight of the evidence. The motion also included the claim that the damages were excessive but this contention need not be considered...
