This is an action brought by Lela M. Dobson to recover from defendants a commission for the sale of a farm. At the conclusion of plaintiff's evidence defendants moved for a directed verdict on the ground that the evidence was not sufficient to entitle plaintiff to recover and this motion was granted. From judgment entered pursuant to the directed verdict, plaintiff has appealed.
