Plaintiff filed her bill of complaint praying that the court decree she is the sole and absolute owner in fee simple of certain lands located in Ashland township, Newaygo county, Michigan. The record title to the land in suit was in plaintiff's husband, Harry Klever, at the time of his death in August, 1950. At the time this case was heard in the circuit court no proceedings had been taken to probate his estate...
