This is an appeal from a judgment for damages for the death of Henry Joe Naylor, Jr., who met his death in an intersection collision between the automobile which he was driving and a truck-trailer being driven by appellant Mazzucco, who was employed by appellant Galveston-Houston Breweries, Inc.
