Brennan, Judge of the Circuit Court of Hancock County, praying that the defendant Judge be declared disqualified by reason of hostility toward the petitioners and interest and partisanship, and that he be prohibited from proceeding further in relation to a proceeding pending in the Circuit Court of Hancock...
