This was an action on a collision insurance policy issued by appellant to appellee covering an Autocar oilfield truck. The policy so far as material insured against loss resulting from collision and upset. The truck was damaged in a collision. A controversy arose between the insured and the insurance company and this action was instituted to recover damages to the truck, monies expended in properly repairing it and for loss of time for the use...
