This is a petition for specific compensation under the workmen's compensation act, general laws 1938, chapter 300, article II, § 12. The petitioner claims that his right arm has been rendered stiff so as to be useless, which injury resulted from an accident arising out of and in the course of his employment with respondent. After a hearing in the superior court the trial justice denied the petition, and a decree to that effect was thereafter...
