CONDON, Justice.

These actions of trespass on the case for negligence were tried together in the superior court and resulted in verdicts for the defendant. Thereafter each plaintiff filed a motion for a new trial which was denied by the trial justice. The cases are here on plaintiffs' bills of exceptions containing identical exceptions to such denials and to certain rulings of the trial justice on the admission of evidence.
