Phillips and others to obtain a construction of the will of Mrs. Phillips. Judgment was rendered construing the will in accord with Currie's contentions. John J. Phillips has appealed from that portion of the judgment that determined that he did not own all the minerals in excess of one-half of that formerly owned...
