This is an appeal by plaintiffs from a judgment entered by the Common Pleas Court on the motion of defendant Beatrice VanStone to strike from the files the petition of plaintiffs and entering judgment for defendants upon the ground that the court did not have jurisdiction of the subject matter of the action. From that judgment, plaintiffs appealed to this court on questions of law.
