An information was filed on October 22, 1950 in the Municipal Court of the City of Des Moines charging the defendant, Albert Rosenberg, with operating a disorderly place of business by reason of the illegal sale of intoxicating liquor at 216 Fourth Street in Des Moines and in violation of Section 106.4 of the 1942 Municipal Code of Des Moines.
